Transfer from UCSB to UCB or UCLA?

Hello, I am currently a first year Chemistry major at UCSB and am seeking to transfer for personal reasons. I finished my first quarter at UCSB with a 2.7 GPA. I was wondering how hard it would be to transfer to UCLA or UCB from a community college as a Chemistry major. Also, how would the 2.7 I received at UCSB impact my chances of transferring? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
