UCI transfer to UCB or UCLA

Hello! I am currently committed to UCI as an incoming freshman of fall 2017 for Business Economics. I regret that I decided not apply to UCB nor UCLA when I was applying to college. Now, I really want to transfer into one of them (UC-UC transfer). I have a few questions: 1.) How hard is it for me to transfer to one of them as a Business Economics? 2.) I transfer after two years in UCI right? People might wonder why I want to transfer. I just want to push myself into one of these schools because they have always been my dream school. Plus their grad business schools are great and I want to start studying in one of them as undergraduate. Thanks!
