Hey,
My school is in quarter system. So I am getting an F in my Math class(major prerequisite) in Winter. I am planning to retake during Spring Quarter. Is it better to tell the UCs IMMEDIATELY after my grades come out, or wait until the admission offer letter is out(in beginning of Spring for UCB and UCLA) and then notify them? Because I read the provisional contract, saying that my admission is only revoked if I do not get at least a B for a major prerequisite class. So, as long as I inform UCB or UCLA in Spring(after getting admission letter) and I get above B for Math in Spring, I should be fine right?
Or, if you suggest me to tell them now, would that affect my admission chance a lot? My current GPA is 4.0, with no W or no F or anything, with lots of ECs.
