I recently moved to California this June but was also taking CC courses in Massachusetts. I took a total of 43 credits, a majority at least 30 being general ed courses and CS courses (which I will probably have to retake some for IGETC purposes) and 13 credits for Algebra, trig, and precalc. I plan on pursuing a Math-CS major at UCSD, but in general, does anyone know whether or not these 40 credits will have a negative effect on me in the transfer process? I'm still a minor and my parents are moving out soon so I hopefully won't have to worry about residency, and I will be taking calc 1,2,3, linear, discrete, diffEq, physics 1,2,3, as well as the transferrable CS courses here in San Diego with calc 1, Java, and a C++ class in progress at the moment. My fear is that I won't be eligible for transfer due to the amount of OOS credit as well as taking too many credits. I'm pretty sure I will have over 90 by the time I'm done with CC, 40ish from MA and 50ish from Cal, but they are all CC credits.
