Hi everyone.
I have a question about the tuition fee after transfer.
I am wondering if I am eligible for paying the in-state fee in the UC.
These are some information about me:
(1) I am a green card holder
(2) I have already lived in California since 2013.
(3) I am paying in-state fee in CC
(4) I am getting financial aid in CC
(5) I have applied financial aid for UC in coming year
(6) My parents are not living in the U.S.
(7) My parents didn't file tax in California
(8) I am 21 years old and I am dependent.
