I've always wanted to go here. Currently, I am planning to attend to double major in Marketing & Finance. I am 25 years old, born and raised in California and still currently live here. I have done a lot of my prerequisites at a community college in the past but I never finished. I am starting again in the Spring of 2018 to finish the rest of my prerequisites for business administration major. I plan to get straight A's this time around. Before I had A's & B's & 1 C...My question is:
1) I want to do an internship. Does anyone know where in the Silicon Valley provides the best internships opportunities for business administration majors especially those that Haas would look favorably towards?
2) What are some on-campus activities that I should spend time on that will increase my probability of being accepted into Haas School of Business?
3) Any other general tips to get accepted into The Haas School of Business as a California community college transfer student?
PS: Does being this old hurt my chances of being accepted? I was doing my own eCommerce business that generated almost $500,000 in sales in a year and a half from 2016 to 2017 and spend over $100,000 of my personal money on social media ads.
I know I should probably include this in my application letter (I have actual proof too), however, how would Haas School of Business know that I am telling the truth?
