So its shameful to say but I have an overall 2.8gpa while applying to transfer this year. While this allows me to apply for UC transfer after looking at the admission websites I am getting very nervous as they state the minimum requirements for my major (Chemistry) include getting at least a C in my major specific classes and at least a 2.5 overall in my first 2 Gen Chem and Calc classes. Being a cocky kid coming into community college I unfortunately only got C's in those first 2 semesters:(. I quickly realized my mistake and have cleaned up my act since then but I'm worried that first year is going to stop me from ever getting out of CC since I unfortunately can't retake them. I have finished all prep courses and my IGETC but I'm still worried. I am just asking if someone even knows if it is POSSIBLE they will except me like this.
