Cal Poly Pomona(freshman year) to CC(sophmore year) to UC(Junior year)

I just finished my freshman year at Cal Poly Pomona and am planning on going to a community college my sophmorre year to transfer to a UC as a cc transfer. I've looked at assist.org and I only need one more CS class to transfer and will be completing the IGETC. Is it possible to transfer from csu to cc to uc? And would I be able to tag?
