Transfer from UNC Chapel Hill to UCB/UCLA

I'm a freshman of UNC Chapel Hill. And I do want to transfer to UCB/UCLA in junior level. The first semester doesn't go well for me. I could expect 3A, 1B and 1C in the first semester (around 3.3- 3.4 GPA). And as I change major in next semester, I can get at least 3.7 per semester. Would that GPA be sufficient for UCB/UCLA transfer? I've recently joined a high-growth start-up so I don't really want to put too much attention into school work. I think transfer from UNCCH to UCB would not be much trouble.. But I still kind of worry about my GPA.
