Can I be eligeble for TAG without completing a Math transferable course before the end of fall 2019?

I'm and International Student going to a CCC (SMC), and just realized that I needed to take a pre-requisite class (Math 50), before I took Math 54 (the only math course needed for transfer, My question is; can I still transfer to any UC? Am I still eligeble for TAG?
I'll still take Math 54 but in Winter or Spring 2020.
