What are my chances? UCD Transfer

What are my chances of transferring to UC Davis from a CC as a Computer Science major? I intend to transfer in Fall 2020.

My current UC transferrable GPA is a 3.42. I will have completed all calculus courses, linear algebra, and all computer science courses offered by my CC by the time of my transfer. I will also have completed both general chemistry courses.

I am unable to apply through TAG as my GPA in the calculus series is below a 3.4, which is needed by the time of application to enter TAG, so I must apply regularly.
